Rectangular Connector 516 Series
The EDAC Rectangular+ Rack Panel connector series offers high reliability connections for interconnecting a large number of wires to panels. It features seven body sizes ranging from 14 to 120 contact positions. The genderless contact design provides a sealed connection with excellent shock and vibration resistance. The use of drive screws, locking nuts, and polarizing hardware simplifies mating. These connectors find wide applications in audiovisual, broadcasting, industrial control, and oil well equipment industries.

E-Inline Series Waterproof Connectors
EDAC's waterproof wire-to-wire and wire-to-board series are specifically designed for extreme wet and non-immersion applications, providing customers with reliable interconnect solutions in harsh environments. The products support low-level signals and power applications up to 12A and 300V, and are primarily used in automotive, commercial and recreational vehicles, outdoor lighting, appliances, ships, solar installations, industrial equipment, process control, construction equipment, outdoor broadcast systems, and portable devices.
EDAC's waterproof series come in various spacing sizes ranging from 2.0mm to 5.9mm, equipped with pre-installed integrated plug and socket housings or loose silicone rubber gaskets. The products offer a range of sizes to accommodate wire sizes from 28AWG to 14AWG, with thinner or standard wire insulation to ensure excellent shock and vibration resistance. The entire series operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
Some unique features of EDAC's waterproof series include integrated locking and double-locking latches designed to prevent accidental disconnection, keying systems to prevent mismatching, circuit sizes ranging from 1 to 9 positions, and visually sealed indicators. Available application tools include manual tools for prototyping and small-scale assembly, as well as fully automatic crimping machines and applicators for high-volume production. EDAC also offers a full range of fully assembled custom cables.
